What time

The Performance

What time will the band arrive?

We will usually arrive and set-up from 6.30pm-7pm onwards. For weddings,  this means they're ready to set up as soon as the wedding breakfast and  speeches are finished. With corporate and charity events, the band will  always set up and sound check before guests arrive. If you require the  band to set up earlier in the day an additional fee may be required.

How long does it take the band to set up?

We  will set up in around an hour. This will vary depending on the size of the band and event.

How long will the band play for?

We offer different play times to suit but our standard set is 2x45 minute sets

How long are the intervals?

The intervals are usually around 20 minutes long but this can be longer to suit your requirements on the day.

What time should the band start playing?

This  is completely up to you and your schedule on the day. For evening  events, we find it's often best to start the band at around 9pm but this  is purely a guide.(A tip from us- We have found its best to play after the food has finished. Well feed and watered people means an active dance floor )

Will the band learn a specific song to be played at our Event / Wedding?

We will learn one special song for free so if you have a first dance  or a song to the end the night on, just let us know a few months before  the event.

Can we choose the set list?

You're welcome  to send over a list of your favourite songs from the bands repertoire  and the band will try to include these in our set.

Does the band provide music between and before sets?

Yes, we offer some different Music/Disco packages

What will the band wear?

We  will always dress smart in black suits  white shirt and black tie.

Will the band require refreshments?

We are always happy to receive a refreshments and it is always welcomed.  We arrive home early hours of the morning so food is always greatly appreciated too.
